Terms of use

These terms explain the limits of Gruntled’s general shopping information and use of the website.

Last reviewed: 20 July 2026

General information

Gruntled publishes general information and editorial opinion for UK shoppers. It is not personal legal, financial, medical, safety or other professional advice and is not a guarantee about a merchant, product, service, price, stock level or outcome.

Check before buying

Commercial information changes. Confirm the current product description, total price, delivery, cancellation, returns, warranty, eligibility, compatibility and contract terms with the merchant before paying. Your contract is normally with the merchant or service provider, not Gruntled.

External links and affiliate relationships

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content or fulfilment of third-party websites. Some links can earn affiliate commission; read our affiliate disclosure.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Gruntled’s original text, design and editorial illustrations belong to Latitude60 Ltd or its licensors. You may link to pages and quote brief extracts with attribution where permitted by law, but must not reproduce a substantial part of the site or use automated extraction to republish it without permission.

Availability and misuse

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site and do not promise uninterrupted availability. You must not attack, scrape at a harmful rate, bypass access controls, submit malicious material or use the site in a way that infringes rights or law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, use of the site and reliance on general editorial content is at the user’s own risk. Consumers retain their statutory rights against the relevant trader.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
