The shop focuses on its own hair tools, with straighteners, hairdryers, hot brushes, stylers and the Diffon range. That makes it a fairly focused place to browse if you are comparing Bellissima models; it is less useful if you want to weigh up several manufacturers in one basket.
The first job is to pin down the exact model you want. Similar names, different attachments and bundles can make price comparisons muddier than they look. Keep the product name and included contents beside you when comparing listings, rather than assuming two photographs show the same package.
Prices: compare the basket, not the saving badge
When checked, the homepage listed the B-Travel Hair Dryer at £49.99, Air Wonder 8 in 1 at £69.99 and Diffon Supreme at £99.99. These are dated examples, not promised prices, and they do not establish which tool offers the best performance or value.
Several listings displayed reductions against a higher reference price. Piglington would keep one eye on the actual amount leaving the bank account: a large saving badge is not a reason to buy a model you had not wanted in the first place.
For a fair comparison, match the exact model and attachments, then check the delivery total and the seller’s returns terms. We have not established that buying direct is the cheapest option. If a bundle adds accessories you will leave in a drawer, its headline saving may do very little for you.
Delivery: useful promises, but check the detail
The homepage advertises free UK delivery, and the terms and conditions list free express delivery. However, the shop’s shipping policy describes choosing and paying for a next-working-day service. Those messages are not entirely consistent, so confirm the offered service and final charge before paying.
The shipping timetable uses a 2pm cut-off and working days: it gives Monday delivery for Friday orders placed before 2pm, and Tuesday for those placed afterwards. It also acknowledges that next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. If the purchase is for a birthday or a trip, leave some breathing room and ask support about your intended arrival date.
Returns: this is not an open-ended home trial
The official returns guidance describes a 14-day window counted from despatch, with goods in pristine condition and their original packaging. It directs shoppers to email for return instructions. The main terms say the customer pays the return cost.
That is an important limitation if your plan is to buy speculatively, use the tool and decide much later. Ask what inspection or opening is permitted before relying on an unwanted-item return, and keep the packaging while you decide. For a gift bought well ahead of the occasion, clarify the timing before placing the order.

The guarantee guidance describes two years from delivery or an in-store purchase, covering technical faults. It excludes failures attributed to negligent use, poor maintenance or wear and tear, and requires a receipt or invoice. Keep your proof of purchase and read the product booklet for the full terms; the headline period does not mean every problem is covered.
Who might find it worth a look?
Buying direct may suit someone who has already narrowed the choice to a Bellissima model and wants the brand’s own product information and support details together. The visible prices and published guarantee give you something concrete to compare.

Bellissima Italia is worth considering when you know which model you want, but we would settle the delivery charge and return conditions before ordering. Its direct shop offers useful information; the inconsistent delivery wording and relatively tight published unwanted-return window deserve attention. Buy because the exact package and terms work for you, rather than because the sale badge has been particularly persuasive.
